Our programs are designed to meet your various goals. They are created to affect the overall outcome of your fitness / weight-loss program by speeding up your metabolic rate ( the rate at which fat is burned.) Resistance training does increase muscle development and contributes to the overall appearance of a toned and healthy body. Every body is unique, requiring unique programs and goals for a fitness / wellness program to be effective. We provide these specific programs and goals for you.

All training options are available in packages of 1 (single session), five, ten and twenty sessions. Total cost depends on your short / long term needs and goals. Payment plans are available.

Packages do not expire and can be used as need demands.
