During my career as a personal fitness professional and as a contestant in a national pageant, I have seen, first hand, the need for a personal trainer and consultant on fitness issues and programs. I have met many that have the desire to become more fit, more personally attractive and self-confident. All they lack is clear goals, the motivation to achieve them and the knowledge and skill that a personal trainer can provide.
